We work to exacting standards and have a continuing programme of industry specific research, training and development.

We have targeted response times for all service calls that are rigorously adhered to. The maximum response time is 4 hours.

We believe in maximising uptime on the Digital Photocopiers that we sell and as such we are committed to providing you the customer the highest level of service excellence.

Preventative maintenance is carried out on all contracted machines meaning that no machine should be left without a visit for more than 6 months, but this varies depending on the model and volume.

During a visit a Digital Office Technician, if required, will perform the following:

.    Preventative maintenance in accordance with our minimum call procedure.
 .    An assessment of outstanding life of all parts.
 .    Arrange to replace parts that are required.
 .    Clean machines, emptying waste toner and advising customers to re-order toners if necessary.

We offer comprehensive maintenance contracts based on a cost-per-page basis that are flexible and tailor made to suit your specific needs.
